Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/3 chia seeds2 cups nut milk2 Tbsp agave nector or honeyCinnamon and/or nutmeg
Directions
Place the chia seed and agave nectar in a bowl and cover them with the nut milk. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Stir again and then place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight. Add more chia seeds if you like it thicker or add more nut milk to think. Garnish with Cinnamon. The pudding will keep for 2-3 days in the frig.

    I used ALDI brand flavored almond milk (sweetened vanilla) that had 90 calories per cup, but left out the honey. I've also used 60 calorie sweetened vanilla almond milk (Diamond brand, I think?) which was very good. Makes it easier when in a crunch for time or don't have honey. - 7/21/13
