dijon pork & potatoes (crockpot)

Ingredients
2 lb. pork chops1 can rf cream of mushroom soup1 onion thinly sliced6 med. potatoes thinly sliced1 tsp ground thyme1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 cup dijon mustard1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
combine soup, broth, thyme, pepper and mustard in crockpot.
stir in onion and potatoes
place pork chops on top
cook 3-4 hrs on high or until cooked through
