1 cup frozen (cooked) cauliflowerButter (to taste)Sour Cream (to taste)salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
Cook cauliflower until completely done. Mash cauliflower as you would potatoes. Mix in butter, sour cream or whatever fixins' you'd like...yummy!!
