Ingredients
1 6 oz container yoplait light(thick and creamy yoqurt) any flavor you prefer, I use vanilla, raspberry or strawberry)1 cup skim milk1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 frozen banana1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.

    I just concocted a varition on the above: 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt, 5 large fresh strawberries, 1 banana, 3/4 cup pitted cherries, 1/2 of lime squeezed into mix, 2 ice cubes, 1 T honey. Yum! - 5/30/10
