*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz Ground Pork, 4 oz Gluten Free Bread Crumbs Natures Place 1/3 c = 30 g, 0.25 cup *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet *EggMates (1/4 cup), 1 serving Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped Parsley, dried, 5 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) *worchester sauce, 2 tsp
Mix all the ingredients together. Form into a loaf and bake for 35 minutes at 350
