Crock Pot Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Directions
Chicken Breast (I used about three whole breasts)Chicken Broth (Enough to cover all other ingredients in the crock pot)1 can of low sodium black beans1 can of sweet yellow corn1 can of rotel tomatoes with green chiles2 tablespoons of mild taco seasoning3/4 cup of diced onion1/4 cup of diced green bell pepperPinch of pepperPinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot except chicken.
Stir.
Add whole chicken breasts.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Remove chicken and shred it with a fork or knife (because the chicken has been cooking so long, this shouldn't be a problem)
Add chicken back into the soup.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve!
