Spicy Apple Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of flour2.5 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar.75 tsp ground cinnamon.50 tsp ground ginger.50 tsp ground cardamon1 egg1 cup milk1/3 cup melted butter2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and shredded
Directions
preheat oven to 425F. Brush muffin cups with melted butter. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamon into a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, blend the egg, milk, melted butter, and apples. Make a well in the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula. Pour in the milk mixture all at once. Stir just until the ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
