Beef and Bean Burritos Verde

1-1.5 lbs Ground beef2 cups brown rice + .25 cup tomato sauce + 2 strips bacon + taco seasoning (spanish rice)1 can refried beans.5 can corn1 cup onions1 cup peppersa small amount of oil6 whole wheat tortillas.75 cup shredded cheesecan or packet of enchilada verde sauce
Brown ground beef and mix up spanish rice. Microwave tortillas for 20 seconds for easier folding. Fold everything else up into the burritos loosely, and drench with enchilada sauce. Top with a sprinkle of cheese (included in calorie count) and/or pico, salsa, guac... whatever you'd like?
