Banana Protein Muffins

1 large ripe banana1/2 C. low fat greek yogurt (I used Oikos 0% plain)3/4 C. oats5 egg whites2 scoops vanilla protein powder1/2 cup sweetener that measures like sugar (I used individual packages, about 12)1 t. baking powder1 t. baking soda1/2 t. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat muffin tin with non-stick spray (or line with foil or silicone liners - no paper, it will stick).
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Fill muffin tins about 1/2 - 3/4 full (roughly 1/4 C.).
Bake 15-18 minutes, or when toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings, roughly 1/4 cup each
