Chickpea Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
Garbanzo bean flour 1.25 cupsSea salt 1/4 tspNatural cane sugar 1 TBSPBaking powder 1 TBSPMilk (skim) .75 cupApplesauce, unsweetened .33 cup1 Large egg Canola Oil 1.25 TBSPCinnamon 1 tsp
Directions
Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients well, then add to the dry ingredients.

Use tablespoon to drop batter onto the griddle. Bake each until the top bubbles and bottom is browned to desired color. Flip to cook other side.

Serve hot!
