Jeni's Stir-fry

Ingredients
12 oz. beef steak5 c. raw cauliflower5 c. raw broccoli3 c. raw carrot2 c. green beans4 cloves garlic1 med. onionduck saucefish saucesweet and sour sauceterriaki sauce1.5 c. raw celery 2 c. pineapple
Directions
1. cook beef unitl half done
2. cook with beef: broccoli stems, cauliflower stems, carrots, green beans, garlic, onion until almost done
3. stir in broccoli and caulifower tops and finish cooking
4. mix in sauces to your liking. (i like mine sweeter so i use more terriaki and sweet and sour!)
