HCG Chicken Broth + chicken

Ingredients
6 100-gram Pieces of Chicken Breast 8 cups Water 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt 1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt(fresh lemon juice to taste, optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer until chicken is done - at least 30 minutes. Or cook in your slow cooker for a few hours. Remove chicken and refrigerate or freeze to use at a later time. Refrigerate broth separately

The nutrition count includes 1/6 of the broth in addition to the chicken, but you probably don't need to be a stickler about how much broth you use to make soup. The broth doesn't have enough nutrition to worry about.
