1 whole spaghetti squash1 package butterball turkey kielbasa2 c. chopped asparagus8 oz. bell pepper (any color)1 chopped onionolive oil (2 tbsp)
Roast squash in the microwave... Sautee veggies sprayed pan with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. When onions start to clear, toss in kielbasa. When squash has finished roasting, mix in a casserole dish with sauteed veggies and olive oil.
