Beef with Braised Red Cabbage

7 oz. ground sirloin (or extra lean ground beef)3 cups red cabbage2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons caraway seed1 tablespoon Dijon MustardStevia to tastesalt to tastelemon pepper to tasteSome sliced onion (optional)
Cook the ground beef and set aside.
Then put some water (about a cup) and the Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard and caraway seed in a big pan. Shred the red cabbage or slice very thin… cook down and cover the pan so it ‘steams’ (also add the optional onion if using). When done to your liking, add stevia, Lemon Pepper and salt to taste. Mix in the cooked ground beef. Let pan simmer until the liquid is reduced and almost all evaporated.
Serving Size: Divide in half to make 2 servings.
