Marinade for Tempeh, Tofu, or meats

Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid aminos1/3 cup honey1/3 cup orange or pineapple juice3 cloves garlic, mashed to pasteginger root, 5 peeled slices
Directions
Bring ingredients to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Save 1/3 cup for basting. Pour marinade over tempeh and marinade for 4 hours or overnight. Cook how you desire basting with remaining marinade.
