Baked Oatmeal w/ Olive oil, egg, almonds, raisins

Ingredients
1 beaten egg1 1/2 cups oatmeal1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup of skim milk1/4 olive oil1/4 cup whole almonds1/4 cup raisins1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan & Bake for 25 min.
