Fat Burner Mango-Berry Smooothie

Ingredients
1 container of non-fat berry greek yogurt1/4 cup sliced strawberries1/2 cup diced mangoes1/2 cup of water (if desired for a thinner consistency) 1/4 tsp cinnamonDash of cayenne pepper1/4 tsp juiced lime or lemon
Directions
Add all ingredients, except cayenne and blend. Add a dash of cayenne to taste.
If you like more sweetness you can add a zero calorie sweetener to taste.
