Vegetable Brown & Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 Medium Celery Stalk1 Small Onion4 Baby Carrots10 Peeled Garlic Cloves1/2 Cup LundBerg Wild Rice1.5 Long Grain Jasmine Rice1.5 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth Divided2 Cups Water
Directions
Dice Onions, Carrots, Small Onion, Celery in food processor

Heat Olive oil in pan saute vegetable mixture until soft

Add Wild Rice 1 cup Reduced Sodium Broth to Mixture, bring to a boil lower heat to medium allow to simme for 10 minutes

Rinse off Brwn rice add to pan

Add 1/2 Chicken Broth 2 Cups of Water Stir bring to a boil for about 5 minutes cover and allow simmer for 30 mins on Low heat

fluffy with a fork add more liquid and simmer an additional 5 for more tenderness or serve as is
