Ingredients
2.1 lbs Boneless Pork Rib End Roast1 Medium Onion Diced3/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce1/4 Cup Lite Soy Sauce2 T Worcestershire Sauce1 T Minced Garlic3/4 Cup Water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.

Place pork in slow cooker; pour marinade over pork.

Put on low for 8 hours.

Shred pork with two forks.

Serving Size: Makes 9 1/2-Cup Servings

    OMG GOOD!!! This was an easy and delicious recipe. Thank you for sharing it! The only changes I made was to 'dump' the ingredients in the crock pot instead of mixing it in a separate bowl (making sure a lot of the sauce was left on top of the pork), and I added celery just because I had it on hand. - 5/28/16
