PinkGranny's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
4 oz. cooked pasta (cellentini shape)1- 6oz. can tuna in water1 -16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables1 1/2 cup of nonfat milk2 large eggs.3/4 cup of shredded cheese; I didn't have fat -free Cheese1/2 t salt1/4 t black pepper
Directions
cook noodles, add 16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables during last 2 minutes. Beat two eggs, add the 1.5 cups of milk. to this add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Drain noodles and veggies; put into casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray. sprinkle tuna over noodles and veggie mix. pour milk mixture over noodles. sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes clean and casserole has golden crust. Serves 4.
