Shalgam Ka Bharta

Ingredients
Lite butter - 1TablespoonWater- 3 TablespoonsCumin powder - pinchOnion- 1 small chopped(5oz)Garlic - 1 clove chopped Ginger- 1/2 t. gratedRotel tomatoes with chilies -10 oz canTurnips- 16 oz- diced and boiledSalt - to tasteGaram masala - 1/2 t.Coriander - 1 t.
Directions
1- Melt butter with 3T water and sauté onions, garlic,
ginger and cumin about 2 minutes till onions are
softened
2- Add tomatoes,turnips and salt. Cook on medium heat
about 10 minutes.
3- Turn off heat and add Garam masala and coriander
