Almond Biscotti

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 2.75 cup Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Egg Yolk, 2 large Butter, salted, 6 tbsp Almonds, 1 cup, slivered Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp 1 1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel
Directions
combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingred. and stir into the dry mixture. Add almonds and orange peel last.

Preheat oven to 325º. Make 2 or 3 logs. Bake 25-30 min., cool 15 min, cut into 1/2" slices. Lay on the side and bake 10 more min., turn and bake 10-15 min more.
