Great after workout-Shake

Ingredients
Coconut Milk (Silk), 1 cup (remove)Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 3 medium (1-1/4" dia) (remove)
Directions
Blend all items together until smooth. Add a couple of teaspoons of water if needed to be more dilute. No sugar is added because the fruit and milk have enough sugar in them-- Great post workout shake!
