Debbieday's Lite Egg cups

Ingredients
6 slices of deli-style ham (Kroger pk 6 slices=70 cals)2 fresh eggs9 TBS egg beater egg whites1/4 cup shredded cheese1/4 cup diced tomatogarlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Place 2 slices of ham per muffin cup
place in oven for 10 minutes

Scramble togther whole eggs and Egg beater egg whites add cheese to eggs

After ten minutes remover ham from oven and divide egg mixture into the 6 cups

Bake to desired setness..(about 15 minutes for firm)

Allow to cool 5 minutes to make removing from muffin tin easier

Add diced tomatoe evenly into the cups

Serving Size: makes 6 egg cups serving size: 2
