Ingredients
dry ingredients: 3 1/2 C quick oats 1 1/2 C Powder milk 4 scoops of powder protein powder 1 pinch of salt 1 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 C dry cranberries ( optional)wet ingredients: 1 C sugar free syrup 2 egg whites (beaten) 1/4 c of orange juice 1 tsp vanilla flavoring 1 C unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and set aside
beat until foamy eggwhites add other wet ingredients to egg whites
add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread into a well greased glass pyrex pan ( 9 x 13 size) Cook for approximately 30 to 35 min at 325 degrees.
