1 cup onion, diced 8 oz. ground chicken14.5 oz peeled tomatoes, diced (undrained)15 oz. can organic beans (undrained)1c frozen corn26 oz jar pasta sauce1 tbsp cumin1/2 tsp cayenne (red) pepper1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tspn Basil5 fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
Saute' the chicken and onions until cooked. Pour into pot and add all other ingredients. Simmer 2-4 hours. The longer it simmers, the better it tastes!
