Collard Greens

Ingredients
1 lb Collard Greens (fresh)Smoked turkey 1 large leg or 4 wings1 Onion Chopped1tbsp black pepper3 cloves of garlic diced
Directions
In large pot place smoked turkey, onion, pepper, and garlic
Add water just enough to cover turkey and boil on medium heat for 30min.
Clean Collard Greens and cut off any large stems on the ends
Layer 6 green flat on top of each other and roll them up together
Cut greens while rolled up the cut pieces will look like pinwheels
Add Collard Greens and cook cover for 45min. stirring every 15 minutes
