Ground Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken (or turkey)1/2 cup chili sauce or salsa1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal1/4 onion1 egg1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp dried parsley2 tsp ketchup (on top)salt pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ground meat, chili sauce, oatmeal, onion, parsley, and garlic powder in bowl. Beat egg in small bowl and add to meat mixture. Press in to sprayed loaf pan. Top with 2 tsp ketchup. Bake for about 1 hour or until done. Cut loaf in to 8 slices, each serving is 2 slices.
