Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
In a large bowl add the following:3 C instant Oats1/2 C. brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp allspicedash saltIn a separate bowl add the following:2 C. almond milk or soy milk2 tsp vanilla2 eggs, scrambled3 Tbl melted butter or margerine
Directions
Add milk ingrediants to the oat mixture and mix well. Place 8 ramikin cups on a baking sheets and spray with baking spray. Place 1/2 C. mixture into each ramikin.
Bake for 20-25 min at 350.
