1 lb. ground turkey1 lb. ground chicken2 quarts tomato juice1 can Rotel Cilantro Lime Diced Tomatoes1 can Rotel Hot Diced Tomatoes & Habaneros1 can light red kidney beans1 can dark red kidney beans1 green pepper2 onions2 tbsp. chili powder2 tbsp. ground cumin1 tsp. poultry seasoning1 tsp. thyme.25 tsp. paprika.25 tsp. rosemary
Brown the meat in a skillet with the poultry seasoning. Once finished add all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil then reduce to low and let simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
