Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium size potatoes4 tbsp non-fat sourcream2 tbsp heavy whipping cream2 tbsp butter1 tbsp garlic saltPepper to taste
Directions
Bring pot of water to boil. Peel & cube potatoes. Place in pot. Once cooked about 10minutes, drain. Return back to pot add all remaining ingredients. Smash together with a potato masher or whip together with a hand mixer.

Makes 4 equal parts.
