Peanut Butter -Chocolate-Banana Smoothie

1.5 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1.5 frozen banana's1tbsp honey1 c fat free milk
Directions
Just throw it in the blender and hit the on button. Once the mixture is liquid, pour in two glasses and serve immediately.
