Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (99% or 93% fat free)1 16oz carton egg beaters
Directions
Brown ground turkey, drain fat, remove from skillet. Wipe out skillet, then scramble one 16oz carton egg beaters. When scrambled, add in ground turkey and scramble together. Divide into 5 servings.
