Broiled Salmon and Asparagus with Quinoa (Health Magazine)

Ingredients
4 oz. salmon filet10 spears asparagus1/4 cup quinoa, dryjuice of 1/2 a lemon1 tsp olive oil2 tsp chopped parsleysalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mist broiler pan with olive oil and broil asparagus and salmon until salmon reaches 145 degrees.
In a pot, boil 1/2 cup water; add quinoa, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Drizzle everything with juice and remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
