Ingredients
6 medium shrimp2 cups broccoli florets1 garlic clove, minced2 t olive oil1 cup precooked rice2 T chopped parsley1 T chopped almondssalt/pepper to taste
Directions
Precook brown rice and save 1 cup for this recipe. Saute shrimp, broccoli and garlic in olive oil until shrimp are pink. Serve over hot rice; sprinkle with parsley and almonds. Salt/pepper to taste.
