Wheat Penne Pasta with Garlic Pesto

1 box Whole Wheat Penne Pasta.25 C pesto1 T Capers.5 C Fresh Brocolli.25 C Chopped Bell Peppers3 T Shredded Parmesean Cheese2 T Chopped/Minced Garlic.25 C Chopped Baby Carrots2 T Olive OilSalt and Pepper to taste
Cut up veggies and steam for 6 min.
Boil box of whole wheat pasta for 8-10 min.
Saute pesto, golive oil, garlic, and seasonings (salt and pepper) in skillet for about 3-4 min.
Drain and rinse pasta, add steamed veggies and pesto mixture. Mix in capers and cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 10 serviings
