Easy Low Calorie Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1/2 Rotisserie Chicken -shredded, no skin1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 cup raw chopped carrots1 stalk raw chopped celery1 can reduced fat Cresent Rolls1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil carrots and celery until soft with whatever seasonings you like. Mix chicken with vegetables, 1 cup of the vegetable stock, can of cream of chicken, and cornstarch (mixed with a little water). Roll out crescent rolls to cover bottom of casserole dish. Pour mixture on top and bake for 17 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut into 8 pieces
