Healthy Low-Fat Turkey Chili

2 lbs ground turkey (93% lean)1 large onion, chopped3 large bell peppers (red, yellow or orange), chopped2 28 oz cans of diced tomatoes1 12 oz can of tomato sauce1 15 oz can of pinto beans1 15 oz can of kidney beans1 jalepeno (optional)2 tbsp chili powder2 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp seasoning salt1 tbsp black pepper.5 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
Brown the ground turkey in large pan for 7-8 minutes. Add the diced onion to the turkey for the final 5 minutes of browning. Once the turkey is fully cooked, drain the turkey and onion mixture.
While turkey is cooking, dice the 3 peppers to preferred size, then add to large pot. Drain the cans of beans and add to pot. Add tomato sauce and undrained diced tomatoes to pot. Then add in drained turkey and onions.
Add in seasoning salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin to taste. (Optional, add jalepenos and/or cinnamon for additional heat or sweetness)
Cook covered on low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
