1 cup unsweetened almond milk1 egg2 TBS melted coconut oil1/2 tsp vanilla1 tsp vinegar1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 TBS Stevia in the Raw
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the donut pan with non stick spray.
Whisk almond milk, egg, oil, vinegar, and vanilla together. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and Stevia. Combine and mix until mostly smooth. Pour into prepared donut pan until 2/3 full. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until cooked through. Turn upside down to remove.
Serve with warm syrup for dipping.
