Soy Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 c. soya flour3/4 c. cornmeal1 c. flour (whole wheat or white)4 teaspoons baking powderdash of salt2 TBSP. sugar2 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. milk4 TBSP butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Sift dry ingredients together. Add beaten eggs to milk, and add to dry ingredients. Add melted butter last. Pour batter into a greased 8-or 10- inch cast-iron skillet or pan.
Bake 30-40 min, or until brown.
Cool and serve.
