Evaporated Milk Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. apple cider vinegar1/2 c. well-chilled evaporated milk1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Add sugar to vinegar, and stir until sugar is dissolved. In a separate bowl, beat chilled milk with rotary mixer until it thickens. Continue beating; add sugar-vinegar mixture and salt. Pour over salad. Mix lightly with a fork.
