Spicy Black Bean Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1/2 c black beans, drained and rinsed1/4 lb 93 % lean ground turkey1/2 c spinach, finely chopped1/2 c mushrooms, finely chopped1 egg white1/4 tsp blackening or creole seasoning
Directions
Finely chop spinach and mushrooms, mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix well and pat out 4 patties. Grill on outdoor grill or indoor grill pan.
