Chicken Carnival Cones

Ingredients
8 flour tortillas2 cups leftover chicken meat, shredded1 cup salsa4.5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Fold bottom third of the tortilla and then roll into a cone and secure with a toothpick at stem bottom. Fill bottom of cone with chicken, then 2 tsp salsa, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

    The recipe should say small tortillas, as the large ones got very crisp even with the bottom third folded up. My young grandsons love taco's, so this was a fun new "taco" for them. Only problem had was juice from the salsa dripped out from the bottom, so had to be very careful to eat over the plate! - 11/23/17
