Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, fresh, 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole Green Beans (snap), 2 cup Yves Veggie Tenders - Chicken - 1 pckgExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400C
Arrange vegetables and veggie strips in a single layer in a 1 inch deep pan
Sprinkle olive oil lightly and evenly over all vegetables
Bake in oven for 15 minutes
Season to taste
