Restaurant-style Salsa

Ingredients
1 28 oz can or whole peeled tomatoes with juice2 10 cans of mild diced tomatoes and green chilies1 medium onion chopped4 TBSP fresh cilantro chopped1 jalapeno seeded and chopped (leave in seeds and ribs if you like the extra spice)1/4 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp granulated garlicJuice from half a lime.5 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until desired consistency. You might have to do it in a few batches as it makes a large amount. I like to make mine in a large bowl and just use and immersion blender.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 24 1/4-cup servings
