Butternut Squash Kugel

Ingredients
42 ounces butternut squash,peeled and cut into small pieces1/2 c. flour3/4c water1/4c Coffee Rich nondairy creamer1 tsp maple flavoring1/2 c. Splenda
Directions
Steam squash until soft. Use an immersion blender or a food processor to puree until smooth.Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole, spray top with Pam and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.

Serving Size: Makes 1/10 of a 9x13 pan
