Paleo Chocolate, Banana, Blueberry Muffins

5 Eggs1 Banana (Mashed)1/3 Cup Coconut Flour2 Tablespoons Cacao1 Tablespoon Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (Melted but not hot)3 Tablespoons Honey1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/2 Cup Blueberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Whisk eggs and add in all wet ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients
Blend wet and dry ingredients together
Fold in Blueberries
Apply coconut oil to the muffin tin
Fill tin with approximately 1/4 Cup batter for each muffin (2/3 of the way full)
Bake for 18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
Serving Size: 10-12 Muffins
