Ingredients
1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce1/2 cup chopped tomato2 T sliced green onions or chopped onion2 T mild salsa2 T reduced fat sour cream2 oz. cooked lentils (1/4 c dry)1/2 oz grated cheddar cheeseOne 6" corn tortilla, sprayed with Pam, sliced and baked, or 55 calories of baked tortilla chips
Directions
Cook 1/4 cup dry lentils covered with water till softened. Toss all ingredients. Makes one serving.
