After workout paleo scramble

Ingredients
1 whole egg3/4 c egg whites1/4 c pumpkin puree5 oz diced honey crisp appleAs much as you want: raw spinach, raw zucchini, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt
Directions
Mix it all up and cook like scrambled eggs. I added one tablespoon of almond butter to the top of my finished product.
