Show Me the Honey Smoothie--Abs Diet

Ingredients
1 scoop low-fat butter pecan ice cream (I put 3/4 cup)1/2 c low-fat milk (I put 3/4 cup 1%)1 tsp ground flaxseed1 dash cinnamon1 tsp honey3 ice cubes (I ended up with 6)
Directions
Mix them all in a blender. I suggest to put the ice in with the mixture BEFORE the ice cream. It gets rather think and it's hard to chop up the ice with the ice cream in it. I added more ice cream, milk and ice to make it 2 cups/2 8oz servings.
